AyePingPrivacy policy

AyePing delivers notifications that your own scripts send to your phone. This policy says what we store to do that, who helps us, and how to delete it. AyePing (“we”) runs AyePing.
In short: we keep only what the service needs. There are no ads, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and we never sell your data.
What we store

IP addresses of requests to ping links are used for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and appear in our hosting provider's logs.
Who helps us
These providers process data for us, only to run AyePing:
- Cloud hosting: running AyePing, security, and support email.
- A database provider: storing your data.
- Push notification services, including Apple's and Google's: delivering notifications. A notification's title and message pass through them.
- A payment provider: payments.
- Apple and Google: sign-in.
How long we keep it
- Pings: 90 days on Free, 365 days on Hobby and Pro. You can delete any ping sooner.
- Everything else: until you delete it or your account.
- Our payment provider keeps payment records as tax and accounting law requires.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Profile and choose Delete account. This cancels any subscription and deletes your account, pings, tokens, devices and support messages right away. Copies in database backups are removed as those backups expire. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke AyePing's access to your Apple ID.
Your rights
You can see and change your details in the app, and delete your account at any time. To get a copy of your data or ask anything about it, email support@ayeping.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
AyePing isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes, and tell you in the app or by email about important changes.
